Dear Team, My name is Kaarthic Hariharan. I am located in Chennai (Tiruvancheri - 600126). I booked a Tata Nexon XZA+ (optional) Dark Edition, Petrol variant with Tata Dealer located in Chrompet, Chennai. The dealership's name is Gokulam Tata Motors. I have been following up with the dealership and Tata Motors. I am in touch with the territory manager of Tata Motors as well. His name is Mr. Ganstan. They are not aware of the car allotment or delivery. The complaint is not with anyone in particular. But, the whole Tata and the Dealership commitment. I have been told a waiting period of 71 days. I booked my vehicle for 7th October 2021. It has been 165 days until today and not sure of the vehicle allotment and delivery. They are saying that they are trying their best to deliver the car. But, I want to understand what's the reason behind the delay. The car Nexon variants are moving in the fast phase. They launched Tata Punch on the day of my booking. I can see so many cars on the road. If semi-conductor is the issue, they shouldn't be launching new models and releasing new variants of Nexon or Punch or Harrier models. I want to get this resolved at the earliest and want to know my delivery date of my car. Was this information helpful? |
