Tata Motors — delay in delivery after receipt of all money

We have booked tata hexa white color in tafe access cbe on 27.10.17 with expected date of delivery end of novemmber 17. On 18.11.17 money has been transferred from bank, after that they tried to convince us to take blue color instead of white color, it is the duty of the dealer to deliver what we booked, lethargic attitude of the dealer which is unbearable from our end. We are not begging anyone
