I had placed booking of nexon xe on 01 nov 2020 at premium motors rewari delearship for Nexon xe. The waiting period of 4-6 weeks was given at the time of booking. But even after 10 weeks no whereabout of delay is known.
Write mails to tata customer care but they didn't respond on that. I received only system generated mail of confirmation of my mail receipt but no representative had responded yet about status
I asked them about any price hike in 2021 or they will give me as per 2020 price as my booking was in 2020. But response of any query yet
After complaints delearship guys keep calling and blaming plant for not giving them order
Where to know the status of vehicle I booked.
