Hi Team,
I have booked my Tata Nexon XZ+ ST white on 24th November 2020, the Jaika Motors showroom Nagpur promised vehicle delivery January end. I have been regularly doing a follow up on a weekly basis since then and I am just getting a standard reply and revised date that the car will be billed in 7 days. Looking at the complaints I see that most o[censored]s are facing similar issues it severely affects the Brand Image.We know that there is a huge demand 8000+ units in a month and the production capacity is less causing this delay, what we need is a clear picture on a tentative delivery of the vehicles. So we can plan things accordingly.
I tried customer care 3 times couldn't lodge a complaint due to technical issues, so raising the same here . It's a humble request please address the issue at earliest possible sharing a clear picture.
