Tata Motors — Delay in Nexon XMA Delivery & No proper response from Tata Showroom | |||
I booked my Tata nexon XMS Petrol car on 13th january 2021 at ahmedabad city Progressive motors but after i booked car they said that after 15 days they will allot me a car and after 45 days tata nexon will be deliverd to me. Now i call at showroom everyday but no one answer me what is the reason for delayed. I already complained about that in tata and they also said that sir we don't know how much time it will take. Very poor service for customer. My experience with tata motors is to bad and i fell like after purchase this car what can i do if no one take the responsibility for our problem.
