Tata Motors — delay in service

I am resident of Indore owner of Tata Aria car of 3 years of warranty. Few days back i gave my car for servicing at Jabalpur Motors ltd., Indore.I am having trouble regarding clutch and staring.There is no response from service center since 4 days.Its a humble request to make servicing of my car as soon as possible and process my complaint application at Jabalpur Motors ltd as well.
