Tata Motors — Delay in servicing

Dear sir, My vechile no. MH-28-3552 is under maintain ace for engine work in Tate motors show room Kola From 13.04.2015. Till to today no single phone from your office about my vechile.Also i am contacting continuly with the Person name as Mr.Khedkar & Mr. Neeraj. who was not lifting the calls and no reply at Tate Motors end. When i make call to them today they replied 2-3 more days for repaire.This is not good servicing i am waiting for the vechile from last one month.Please do the necessary action.This is not a process of any Tate motors which is adopting by your Akola branch.
