Tata Motors — Delay in servicing

I have dropped my nano LX (TN69 S7792) at AArthi Motors, Rajapalayam on 12.06.17 for compressor replacing, petrol smell during ride, starting problems, change of switch for parking lamp, door lock problem and some minor works. They did major works. But till now (08.07.17) they are not finished the work completely. While conducting the service station, they told that delay is due to scares of spares. Sir, even after 25 days I cannot get back my car. Pl. take necessary steps on this.

The rear window pane started shaking/shattering earlier.
All this happened after first service.
