[Resolved]  Tata Motors — delayed delivery with zero customer service and follow up

I have booked and paid the full amount on 18th March as I was told the vehicle XMA Nexon is available in stock with Rudra Tata Motor Wagholi Pune. Since 18th march I was suggested delivery on the coming Sunday 24th March. Nobody called me/ updated me about any delays in process, collected my documents on 17th March ensured my old Car exchange formalities were all complete. As the delivery date approached I asked my Sales Rep Sharad Bansode about the status and he wasn't sure, then he realized on the 7th day that I was missing a copy of the Challan/Index2 in my Rent agreement. Yet no person has contacted me from the store asking for it till I didn't call to check on the status. At the time of booking the vehicle the SUP Mayur shared great urgency on making the full payment as the car, model and color was available in their stock yard. It is the 25th today and I have no update on the delivery date for something that was readily available and promised at the time of completing booking and payment formalities. Nobody has the right kind of knowledge, I was quoted nearly 10k over and above the actual insurance cost vs what I received as an SMS from the insurance team for the OTP, but nobody has basic courtesy to call and refund the excess payment. The TL Fakhruddin Mody has no etiquette to even call us back with a quotation while we were checking details about the car. The SUP Mayur is so busy that for days together he does not revert to any phone calls or msgs sent to him. I really want to know why the urgency for payments and deal closure but no reciprocation with regards to delivery, follow up, documentation. Is your sales rep selling his first car at the showroom because that's definitely not the case as stated by him. As a customer you just expect basic and satisfactory customer service. I regret my decision of buying a TATA nexon, honestly the service I received from competitors and the kind of follow up from them was definitely appreciated. There was no negotiation capability with your dealership Rudra motors, extremely stuck up and unable to match market competitors.
I am still in the lurch as I dont know when I will get the delivery of my vehicle and neither do your reps at the dealership. Its poor and extremely pathetic customer Service. A basic phone call keeping your customer updated is all that was expected. but now I am furious as I feel I have paid all the money still begging to get details on the vehicle.
