Tata Motors — Delivery of TATA punch
I have booked a TATAPUNCH pure variant car from SELECT MOTORS, Karimnagar branch on October 25th of 2021. They have given assurance that we would get a car by at least ending of 2021. Now that its mid January and still I have not got any updates about my vehicle. The dealers are still not clear about when will we receive our vehicle.
2) Same vehicle from same brand has different waiting period for different variants and why is it so? is it a marketing gimmick to say that they have released a vehicle at so and so low price and when customers want their low price variant, simply reject their offer by cleverly implementing high waiting period?
3) How come a more equipped top end variant which uses more silicon chips have less waiting period than the base variant which uses less silicon chips? ( if the issue is related to silicon chip shortages)
4) Is the company simply afraid that the sale of an overall product get reduced if more and more moderately looking base variant vehicles travel on roads? this issue has to be sorted I as a huge fan of TATA MOTORS and their work am not feeling good by what this organization is up to.
On an purely personal request, I seriously need my TATA PUNCH vehicle to be arrived ASAP. If only the dealers would have mentioned about this long waiting period before, I would not have opted for this car in the first place. Please take this issue seriously
