Hi TATA Team,
This is to apprise you about reckless services from TATA and their employees where I have yet to be updated about my vehicle part replacement which gives a rattling noise.
As per the discussion with the TATA employee (Mr. Balkesh), my vehicle's part (Steering) who gives the noise should have come within 10 days to the service center for replacement but we didn't get any update about that even though no one updated the customer for further delay.
This is literally pathetic to those customers, who are facing issues with a new purchase vehicle which comes under warranty, don't know what horrible services you guys provide after the end of 1 year warranty, This is my first worst experience with TATA which i have never ever faced in such other brand cars...
My last visit and discussion was done with Mr. Balkesh on 12th Feb and it's more than 10 days.
