[Resolved] Tata Motors — disappointing car purchase experience | |||
Recently bought a tata tiago from society motors kanpur. It was a pathetic buying experience. Staff is non qualified, not aware about their products themselves. They don't know how to deal with customers and speak in a tone as if they are doing a favour. For added accessories they quote price twice the market price of that product. And then they lie that it is because of gst and courier cost. Such showrooms are not a healthy sign for tata as it harms the relationship between customers and tata motors. Only reason i bought the car is because i wanted to buy an indian brand and i trust tata. At the same time tata must take some strong actions again such loots and non qualified employees Was this information helpful? | |||
