Dear all,
Tata motors is hiring employee on contract basis.
If an employee has covered total service period 5.5 years with different vendor but under same management.
Then it is liable for Tata motors that he takes initiate and give him all compensation by deducting the amount from Vendors for unfair Labour practices.
But Now Tata motors telling that the Employee is not liable for any compensation..
Please share this as much as possible so that no one in near future should not join or alert before joining..
I have heard about that Tata Group is HR policy is the best policy, But The manager level people is playing with newcomer' s life..
I think all manager level people has already fix with the vendor for unfair practices..
