Tata Motors — Engine Oil leakage in Nexon XZ+ less than 20 days old new car

We have purchase new Nexon XZ+ 2023 Petrol model in Jan 2023.It started leaking oil just after 6 days i[censored]sage and run below 150km.We took to dealer and then to Tata service station. There they found that some nuts/bolts in the engine are loose and tightened them and told to check for more two days.We came back home and just after 2 hours it started leaking again.Now after 2 days as said took back to service station and now they are saying some part need to be changed. I dont understand a brand new car just ran below 150kms starts leakage in just 6 days .How can we say QC check passed by TATA and no responsibility either from the dealer or any one TATA motors. End of the day customer who choose the TATA car has to struggle.
