Tata Motors — EV vehicle charger not fixed

Hi
I had made full payment and took the vehicle and it pass 15 days still EV charger is not fixed in my home
Daily iam spending money for charging from outside, I'm totally fed up with this sree gokulam Motors t.nagar.

Kindly help me to get out of this.
