मेरा नाम साक्षी गोपाल सिंह है, मैने enar industrial limited से एक गाड़ी ख़रीदा lpk 2518tc जिसका चेसिस संख्या:-mat448187h2h15096और इंजन संख्या:-isbe[protected]h63616162 है| जिस दिन से मैंने गाड़ी ख़रीदा हु उसी दिन से मेरा गाड़ी में बहुत तरह का प्रॉब्लम है|१.डाला जिसमे लोड गाड़ी में ढला नहीं खुलना और न बंद होना और दोनों तरफ का टायर बलास्ट होना और mailage काम देना, मटगार्ड फुल जाना |नया गाड़ी में इस तरह का और इतना सारा परोब्लम आना मुझे संदेह कर रहा है की जो गाड़ी मुझे दिया गया है वह डिफेक्टिव है, जिससे हमको प्रतीत हो रहा है की टाटा का जो डिफेक्टिव पीस है वो हमको दिया गया है |जिसके सम्बंद में मैंने टाटा के टोल फ्री नो पर कॉल किया जिसका कंप्लेंट नो -[protected] है |पर अभी तक कोई प्रॉपर सलूशन नहीं मिला |अतः आपसे निवेदन है की मेरा गाड़ी को बदल कर नया गाड़ी देने का कास्ट प्रदान करे |मिजे और कोई दूसरा रास्ता और कोई सलूशन नहीं चाहिये क्यों की थूक पोलिश वाला बहार में बहुत सारा बैठा हुआ है मुझे अगर जल्द से जल्द गाड़ी चेंज कर के नहीं दिया गया तो में कंस्यूमर फोरम में शिकायत दर्ज़ कराऊंगा जिसका शिकायत नो है

I booked one Tata tiyago car before one month (blue color). after 2 weeks they informed blue color is not available .then I request Platinum silver. Then after 2 weeks they bring car. but that car runs more than 460km . therefore I refuse it. I pay all ready full.
