Tata Motors — Extended waiting period

Hello Sir,
We booked Nexon XM on 24th November 2020. At the time of booking they have promised us they will give delivery within 4-5 weeks. After 4-5 weeks he said waiting period is 12 weeks. Now 14 weeks are over, still dealer says your car going to be billed in 2-3 days and car will come within 10 days. Actually his 10 days are endless, from 1st Jan 2020 he is saying 10 days.
