I purchased Tiago XT car on 28/07/2023 from Shyam Tata motors Jaipur. I got my first service under workshop service manager Anil Kumar on 21/10/2023. I got very good service and felt pleasure with his attitude during this service. Then he asked to extended warranty of my vehicle. As he said that with current discount it's amount is 11800. I checked and found that it is really necessary for vehicle in future. I said okay. He told me on 25/10/2023 that send money today itself and it last day of discount service. As he sent QR code for money to punch this service. I paid aforesaid amount on that QR code. I put my all faith towards Shyam Motors workshop employee.
Later he informed me his brother accident and death that's why he couldn't punch this service completely from his system and he informed that he will do once come back. As I also informed to workshop team about this because due to death his brother he switched off his mobile, and didn't respond for two days.
Later he called and told he has come back and have some issue in his joining. He pleaded to talk his GM at workshop. I considered that may it geniune issue because he told that after joining I will complete this warranty document from myside. I didn't consider that he was misleading me with this matter. As I am working in kendriya vidyalaya as a teacher in Uttrakhand. My wife is at home with my 7 months baby. Due to all, I reported to GM that he has paid me and resolved. Kindly call him back. Now I didn't get my warranty document as well as money too from this employee.
I hope you may take necessary action regarding this on your employee and help me in my trouble.
