I have purchased the tata motors Tiago on June 2021 and the registration no is KL 02 BP 1806 and the pollution test was done on 06.07.2022 .the vehicle failed the lamda test and the emission count was beyond the limit.A new vehicle failing its first pollution test is unacceptable.And the feedback received from the pollution testing centre was due to lack of good service the test got failed.The vehicle 3rd service was done on May 2022. Please give me an update on my concern.
