Dear Team,
With utter disgrace and sadness i am escalating one pathetic sales and service behaviour from so called prestigious tata motors passenger car department through its even worse dealership trupti motors, Bhubaneswar, odisha
I purchased a new Tata Nexon on 31st August with a poor interior n dusty black condition with scratched interior.I found it on the next day of delivery that interior is old one and front windshield glass is damaged.
What a unlucky poor customer i am and pathetic service n behaviour from tata motors.
Need this to be resolved at the earliest to avoid any sort of image backlash of tata motors in social media
