Tata Motors — faulty system in new tata hexa, very bad response at workshop. | |
I purchased tata hexa xt, from satish motors (Akola) pvt. Ltd. On 24 june 2017. My complaints are as under : 1. Right from day one, there is noise like door locked every 2 minutes or so. 2. Also there is a abnormal noise in front right side while accelerating. 3. Reported these problems satish motors wrokshop on 13.07.2017 and again on 02.08.2017. They kept the vehicle with them whole day but did nothing to fix this. Desirable resolution : immediate repair and guarantee that this problem will not appear again.
