[Resolved] Tata Motors — first car and worst experience | |||
Dear tata motors team, I have few concerns regarding my recent purchase of tata tiago xm (Petrol) from miles motors, ataladra, vadodara on 27th january, 2019. I recently purchased tata tiago xm (Petrol) from miles motors, ataladra, vadodara on 27th january, 2019. I have few concerns regarding my recent purchase and all over sales experience with miles motors which i have mentioned below. Sales experience: as this was my first car, i and my family were really excited about it. When i went to showroom i met mr. Dhrumil parikh (Sales executive) and while choosing the model xm, we were committed that xm model has in-buid speakers of harman/kardon. We also cleared this thing more than four to five times with mr. Dhrumil parikh. As music system was not available at the time of delivery, we were not able to check that whether speakers are installed or not. However, we had put full trust on tata motors and took the delivery. Even while taking delivery of the car he mentioned that speakers are there in the car including wiring and i only need to install music system panel from outside. When i installed music system panel i got to know that car does not have speakers. So, i called mr. Dhrumil and informed that car does not have speakers, and at that time he told that i have joined tata motors 2 months ago and i was not aware that this model does not have speakers and i am ready to pay half of the amount of speakers. However, this was not the solution for us and we were not happy with the experience with miles motors dealership. Faulty piece: we had many car options to choose under 5 lakh budget but we chose tata tiago over all others. We had put blind trust on tata motors and took delivery without full inspection. But after five days we noticed that there is gap of 3 to 4 inches between interior roof and its fabric. So, i also informed the same to executive and informed by mr. Vijayan joshi that monkey might have jumped on to car due to that this issue is occurred, however there was no sign of scratches or dent on the roof. Mr. Dhrumil told us that and also was not agreed to what mr. Vijayan said and assured that he will fight for this issue and resolve the same. After discussion we were informed by mr vijayan that we can keep car for two days and they will fix the issue. This was my first car and i had a very bad experience with tata motors and feels like we are cheated badly. Hence, i would not recommend anyone in my circle to buy tata cars. First we were lied that this model has speakers and then issue with roof. Request to you to revert back with possible best solution to improve customer experience. I recently purchased TATA TIAGO XM (Petrol) from Miles Motors, Ataladra, Vadodara on 27th January, 2019. I have few concerns regarding my recent purchase and all over sales experience with Miles Motors which I have mentioned below.
Sales Experience: As this was my first car, I and my family were really excited about it. When I went to showroom I met Mr. Dhrumil Parikh (Sales Executive) and while choosing the model XM, we were committed that XM model has in-buid speakers of Harman/Kardon. However, this was not the solution for us and we were not happy with the experience with Miles Motors dealership.

I'm having tata nexon, give the car to 1st service in guru dev motors chennai cmbt, they have taken my car just wash my car and give it back to me, i said some problems in the my car but not all done nd they not consider the problem then what the [censored] i give to ur service center to service, my contact no.[protected]
