Tata Motors — fraud by tata dealer (sparsh)

I mukul parwani son of dilip parwani purchased a tata tigor from sparsh tata in najafgarh. We demanded the 2019 manufactured model but after several delays they gave a blue tata tigor diesel variant. The first mistake they made was that they billed the vehicle in the name of my late grandfather (Hiralal parwani), due to which it got delayed further by 10-11 days. It was supposed to be billed in the name of my father dilip parwani. Finally on 25 april 2019 they gave the vehicle saying this is the 2019 latest model which was manufactured recently and hence jusified the delay made by tata motors. The vehicle was booked on 25 march 2019 and they delayed it by a month saying it is being delayed by the tata motors itself. They also said that we will do teflon coating of the car but didn't do it. After recieving vehicle we demanded verification that vehicle is indeed the right 2019 manufactured model but they didn't showed us the form 22 and neither verified the car, they just assured us that this is correct model. Even after demanding form 22 to take a look they didn't gave it to us. Then we brought the vehicle with us. Later when i took form 22 from accounts of sparsh tata then i realised that the actual manufaturing of the vehicle is october 2018. And now after inquring sparsh tata on 06 may 2019 the manager (Satish) said we will replace/refund the vehicle but till now no action has been taken from then and they are saying it's a fault of tata motors that they sent the wrong model of the vehicle. Since the vehicle is not yet registered. Now the manager is saying we will provide additional discount and you let go off the matter and not tell anyone about it.
We have been frauded by sparsh tata and this car was financed by tata finance and now we don't want the car and would return the car to the sparsh tata and want refund of money. So please look into the matter and help us returning the car and completeing the returning process.
I have not provided any technical detail in this mail but will provide any document and evidence whenever whatever is required.
