Hi Pradeep. While it is unfortunate that you are facing issues, I want to know how you have concluded that the vehicle was returned by the earlier buyer because of defects. I have been in the automobile business in the past and can say with confidence that most vehicle returns are either because the earlier owner has not been able to pay up for the EMI or because his loan / papers are not in order. Of course, there are some cases where the vehicle is returned because of too many manufacturing issues.

Also, the first step you should have taken after noticing the billing issue was to contact the Tata motors area sales and service managers.

Keep pursuing the issue with Tata Motors and the dealer. I am sure it will be resolved soon.
