Tata Motors — fraud done in pricing by select motors, warangal

My name is ravinder dahiya.
I have send a mail in your care with regard of the fraud done my select motors, warangal with me.
I had purchased a tata to ago xzplus car on 22 aug, 2019.
At the time of delivery all the executive had misguided me and done fraud with me.
I had taken tha car on loan.
The showroom had given me discount of 12000 cash discount and had deducted my the money from my i durance cost and then they had taken 6500 for the sake of their service charge.
When i demanded a slip of the payment they refused to give any slip regarding that amount.
They are not yet talking to me normally.
Do plz help me out in this respect.

Today I have gone to the select motors office and talked to them politely but they are unmoved about this matter said we will not give you any bill right now or anything in written.

I had charged with 33146 for insurance and they had given me insurance of 24971 only and saying that we have taken your understanding but they had taken a signature with keeping transparency in their talk.

They had not kept any transparency about Insurance and mother about service charge they termed service charge as document charge for finance at the time of delivery.
But now after asking they termed it as service charge and are not giving any recipt for the same.

In the last message I had spelt it wrong actually they have taken my signature over the undertaking letter without keeping transparency.
