my car had been breakdown i called to toll free number they gave information as no charges would be taken as the car is in warranty and they told to send the car for service later after doing the service they billed Rs 7, 000 and told tha stupid reason as labour charge but before they had informed warranty will be there for showroom engine parts but one of the staff throw ed visiting card on our face and told i have cars of troll for 7, 000 u talking with us come out side i ll see u how u ll go to home why r u speaking so much and wasting time and when my brother was parking car to a side 10 numbers attacked him and dragged car keys mannerly and dint give up to 10 pm in night what's the hell is this the way you people won't give proper information before only please train your staff to respect customer how can we believe you in future for service and how can we believe your service if you staff change the parts who is responsible for our vehicle parts if they do such things it was a very bad customer service and bad experience try to help and respect tata customers its my humble request to your stupid uneducated staff Was this information helpful? |
