I have booked my Tata Nexon in the month of Oct'20 through prerana motors, BTM layout, Bangalore. As my waiting period was more than the committed period of 1 month, as a matter of damage control measures and to ensure that the customers do not cancel their bookings, Tata Motors has offered me one year of extended OE warranty and roadside assistance at free of cost as a goodwill gesture On 17th Nov, 18:28 i received a text message to the registered mobile. With that received message, I have been trying to get an acknowledgement from Tata motors as well as from the dealer(prerana) to ensure that this extended warranty & roadside assistance is well captured with a piece of paper beyond 2 years of standard warranty. But unfortunately until now, i could not figure out or no one from the dealer or customer care clarified or supported how this can be formalised or accepted. Please let me know how and who can help me on this to confirm that my vehicle is covered for 2 years + 1 year extended OE warranty & roadside Assistance.
