Complain dated 16/05/19 1-[protected], ncidence took place dated 15/05/19 our new tata nexon purchased date 09/09/19 running 5100 kms.in standing condition tyre front right side was burst. We made sat whole day at services centre from 10am to 5pm at end of day gm said it's due to external impact, it was harrasment and waste of our time from service centre.
Without proper checking gm said it's due to external impact. We want immediate solutions for the same.
We have already cancelled today holiday for goa due to these incidents, if these issue could have happened on express highway what was your liability on it. Tyre should have been completely checked before fixing it. We have already faced losses for cancellation of tour for today, kindly resolve on immediate basis so that we can continue for tomorrow travelling.
We purchased tata vehicles because of safety point of view but after these incidents we feel our saftey is at task.
