Tata Motors — I,am complaining about bad car wash and excessive service charge

Today I have got my car serviced from RAJ MOTORS, ROHTAK.
Car is not even washed; just wipped with a wet cloth.
I have been charged extra for fixing my brake and tyres and breaks were not even fixed.
I put down my concern in the feedback form as well which is submitted in the company at the time of payment.
