Tata Motors — I'm complaining about car delivery

I, YASHWANT GAMBHIR RAYSING.
I've booked tata NEXON XMS petrol variant on September 21, 2021 by paying Rs. 20, 000 booking amount. (Receipt no. : SMN/NSK/[protected] Under Sterling Motors, Nashik (MAHARASHTRA) Pin : 42 20 01

By the time I was booking the vehicle, dealer promised me to deliver the vehicle on 15 October On special occasion of Dasehara. So hoping I will get the vehicle delivered on that day. But they didn't responded.

When I call and ask the dealer on Sept 15th about vehicle delivery he told he is trying hard to find a vehicle to deliver, but he is unable to find any. He gave his sales executive's number to talk. When I called his manager they told they are unaware and are not responsible for his dealer words and they will do some arrangements to deliver the vehicle as soon as possible.

When I asked for a expected delivery date they told me they will deliver it by November 3rd on Diwali Occasion.

And next time when I going to ask for the delivery to the sales executive they answer back, TATA company did not providing us minimum order of the cars and it's not in our hand, we are trying to get your car till 25 December on Christmas. They suggest us a choice to buy a another colour car instead of WHITE. Cause another colour is available to deliver now.
If I'm invested more than 10 lakh amount in car then why I'm compromise in colour, or any other specifications. this is my life savings amount and dream to buy a best car under this price range then why the hell I'm going to compromise about that.

Now today Dec 19 2021 again I called a dealer guy (One who explained the car features and took booking) to ask about vehicle delivery, he is again telling we are trying hard to deliver your vehicle before the New Year and he is not sure that can happen or not. Also, they saying from the next year TATA can be increased their car prices. If your car delivered before the next 2022 year then it's not an issue but if your car came after Jan 1st then you have to increase some amount in quotation and you have to pay more. Is this true or it just a delivery techniques to force the customers to buy a car what they available now on their TATA showroom.

My current situation is when Sterling Motors said we're delivered your car in just 15 days then I sold my old car, cause if they really delivered the car then I'm suffering from parking issue in my living location. and then from last 3 months me and my family suffering for many problems due to car like urgent hospitalisation and many more things.

TATA provide us many features and best safety measurements in the whole country that's why we moved to the TATA but if TATA can't provide their cars to the customer then we have to move on again to the another company but we trust on TATA.

Please do some justice.
