[Resolved]  Tata Motors — i'm complaining about services given to me by the showroom and service center

I bought tata nexon on 29th nov 2019 and the same day i applied accessories on my car from showroom itself worth 14500 rs. Now i've got problem with tata logo with light and they keep saying they don't have logo nor they have double tape to fix it, # man. Double tape hi nahin hai, wow. Special edition kraz k wheel caps bhi nahi hain. How can you say that to the customer that you don't have wheel caps and rest other accessories?
They just have one labor in accessories dept and when i bought tata nexon kraz, showroom guys said, they'll send somebody to fix it at my home, but i keep calling them and nobody came so far. I'ld like to take it to the highest level because team leader don't have no information about the cars and don't even pick up my call.

Also, first servicing experience was worst ever experience in my life, service given by tata sparsh, matiala, near dwarka and supervisor name - shashi. Plz take it seriously and a serious action against them or i'll file a lawsuit against all of them.

When I went to Tata Sparsh Service center Matiala Delhi, they were giving me my Nexon Kraz with a very tiny dent on bonut and when I was complaining about it, they gave me very ### reason and said - Sir kuch ni hota, servicing k liye laaaye ho toh thoda bot aisa ho jata hai n den put some black paint on it to cover it. Shame on them. One wheel cap cost is almost 4000 Rs, m i fool?? Kindly take care of this issue, it's not a small issue, it's just 2 months I bought it. Plz look into the matter and terminate such stupid employees from ur organization who are dipping down Tata's brand.

I bought tata tigor i-CNG XZ+ (White Color) from tata sparsh, narela on 23, feb 2022, when i took it to hill area, the light of the ACM would come on and the car would stop racing and not even RPM used to get up
When I told this problem to Narela Sparsh, he said that when the problem comes in front o[censored]s, then only we can do something, his response was very messy.
please solve my problem
