I have received response customer service that they have forwarded the case to Dealership team and the team simply keeps saying the same thing even after 7 months of this pure torture that they will only repair the work that was done by Unity Motors and not for the parts that got damaged becoz of their mistake. Are the service centers allowed to keep the vehicle with them for so many months just like that?
