The Vehicle have met with an accident on 24/03/2016 and was take to Concorde motors on 26/03/201, I have claimed insurance on 26/03/2016, service agent (uday ) said Saturday and Sunday holiday for insurance company. The process was started on Monday(28/03/2016), insurance agent saw the vehicle on 28/03/2016 at 6 pm. The Tata motors agent uday said on 26/03/2016 that condenser, radiator and Fan was damage will total cost for insurance will Rs 25000 and customer need to pay Rs 5000, I said I am ok for Rs 5000. Tata motors agent on Tuesday morning(29/03/2016) did not with spare part the parts are available with service center to replace with car indicia Ev2. The Agent uday ordered spare part on 30/03/2016(placed order from spares from Tata motors spares unit), till today(05/04/2016) the vehicle is pending for insurance approval. Still agent uday say that will get approval till today evening 6 pm, no update and no assurance from the concede motors about the vehicle for delivery date.
