[Resolved] Tata Motors — inferior performance of tata nexon petrol | |||
I purchased tata nexon (Petrol) on september 09, 2019 from your dealer at kayamkulam, kerala (Ncs automotive private limited). On receiving the vehicle and on my way home, it was found that the vehicle is finding it difficult to climb less steeper roads even in first gear. Also the engine room is having excessive vibration and noise. The problem was reported to ncs automotive, but they were reluctant to attend the complaint. Later i contacted tata motors through toll free number [protected]. As per the information received the vehicle was sent to focus motors, kollam were they did some maintenance. But as i drove back home the complaint resurfaced. With much expectation the issue was informed to ncs automotive. They checked the vehicle, also changed the fuel and did a road test. The service personnel who did the road test also consented to my claim.in this circumstance the case was informed to the show room manager and the vehicle was left to their custody. In this grievous situation, i feel like being let down by your company. I choose to purchase a car from tata motors because of its reputation as a global car manufacturer. As a globally competent firm which is to follow professional ethics, i expect you will value good relations with your customers. As a middle class person employed in a government institution in kerala, i do value my hard earned money and can’t tolerate being deceived by false promises. I wish to maintain good cordial relation with your company, for that i want the car to be replaced by a new one. I’m not willing to accept the present car after maintenance, since the incident has brought me stressful days. I have a car of tata tigore and was given in bodyshop for claim and it was ready on 31st and till today they have not handed us my car and for such i met pcm tripathi gm of society motor kanpur in which he started abusing and said that we will not give car go and talk to insurance company and car no. Is up78 FQ 3423

Today the infotainment system of the car stopped working. It is stuck on "Harman" logo and none of the buttons are working. Further, there is a mild humming sound from the speakers.
There is no change on the screen when the reverse gear is engaged.
