I own a tata tiago XZA 2019 model..
I have driven it only 11000 kms..
I'm facing a issue in the steering from the last 4 months.. I live in Ajmer Rajasthan and i've visited the mudgal motors dealership of tata 3-4 times but they were not able to detect the actual problem of steering .. Everytime i went to the dealership they were telling me that your car is having issues in front shockers, rear shockers, suspension, linkages etc.. They did not tell me the actual problem in my car..
Then i visited at Roshan Tata Motors Jaipur.. They actually identified the real problem of Steering Intermediate Shaft.. But now when i visited the dealership and identified the real issue after 4 months of Intermediate Steering Shaft they are not covering it under warranty which has to be covered under warranty.. Giving silly reasons that your car has not been serviced from tata motors and all.. My car has been serviced from tata motors 2 times and they are saying that you have not changed an engine oil from tata service centre..
That's why the warranty has been collasped and all...Even they did not open the job card and my car was entered in the workshop and they inspected all things in the car..
First of all i have serviced my car from Tata motors and second thing Steering part does not fall in the engine category .. So how can they deny this issue under warranty.. The part costs around 11500/-plus 1800/- labour..
The car has done only 11000 kms and is still under warranty.. And they are denying it straight forwadly..
No professionalism of work.. Worst Service..
Even the car i purchased from the dealer has been shut off from Ajmer named as Rajansh tata..
Literally they did not know how to treat customers..
If this is how services would be the in the near future nobody will get their cars serviced from their service centre...
Literally very fed from the tata service centre..
Will not suggest anybody to go for a tata car or service from the service centres..
