I am facing challenge registering on IRA App. I am not receiving the OTP on my mobile.
My IRA is already activated and have checked all the possible reasons with customer as to why I am not receiving the OTP. Customer Care confirmed that everything seems to be in order. They are just raising the incident and escalating it further but not resolving the issue. The incident number is IN[protected].
I would request TATA Motors to look into this and resolve this challenge as soon as possible. I am really frustrated now and have started doubting my decision of buying TATA Car.

we had purchased a tata nexon kaziranga addition,

we had already given mobile number but the app sent otp on mobile no. . We had try to co op with dealer but there was no satisfactory answer. Please check it with attached data too.
This is my humble request you to update actual mobile number and reply for the same too.
Also want to say that we had also ask them to extend warranty certificate too which was also not given to us.
