We bought TATA PUNCH after the launch an year ago. I want to bring into your notice a gap between Tata motors Dealers and Customers. This is regarding the annual subscription for IRA which we need to pay after the expiry of 1 year for annual subscription of Rs3528/Rs6549, inspite of paying 40K during the purchase of the car. Now the service has been suspended for my vehicle.
This cost was not informed to us during the sales process. This is a real cheating by TATA motors as they have not communicated while purchasing the vehicle. This is not expected from reputed company like TATA.
I would like to ask the TATA motors to refund the IRA cost of 40K that was charged as this is a fault from the manufacturer for not letting the customers transparently. Kindly respond on early basis or I need to go for some legal actions. Was this information helpful? |
