[Resolved] Tata Motors — issue with rudra motors wagholi | |||||
I got my tata nexon on 10 may 2018 from rudra motors wagholi, from the second day i am facing the problem with the car, first there was a noise from the car and got that repair from them second day after few days there was a again noise from the window then again i visited the showroom and got that repaired again after driving few kilometers i saw a cut in my tyre after again showing them they were not able to solve my problem and after visiting the showroom 5 times and my tyre is with them now. Today is 20 day having purchased this car from them and i visited this showroom 10 times and the management here is so weak people are roaming here and there and don't know what is customer service Complaint against crm sobita she is not replying my call. I want they should understand the value of customer. Tata nexon is a good car but showroom which is selling this car does not provide good service to customers they just sell car, a new tyre got cut.
