Jai Ganesh Auto Hub delivered me a car without RTO Registration, 3 year Insurance (1 year full and 2 year Third party), accessories and bill. dealer delivered me car on 06/09/2022. although as per law dealer is duty bound to make registration first before making delivery of the vehicle. dealer has breached the motor vehicle act. I have Purchased Tata tiago, xt, cng from Jai Ganesh Auto Hub, RK Empire 150 Feet Ring Road Rajkot - 360004 · Landmark. Near Mavdi Chowk. I booked my tiago car on 30 August, 2022 for 5000 rupees cash, on road final price of 7, 05, 000 given by sales person Dharmik (Contact no. [protected]) working in the above Jai Ganesh Auto Hub, Tata showroom. I have paid 50, 000 to Jai Ganesh Auto Hub online Google Pay upi transaction no.[protected] on 2nd September, 2022. Again I have paid to Jai Ganesh Auto Hub through RTGS of Rupees. 2, 53, 500/- on 2nd September, 2022, UTR No. SBINR[protected] and I have paid 3, 00, 000/- by HDFC Loan. loan No.[protected] Remaining 1, 00, 000 Rupees in cash I haid paid to Dharmik sales person at Jai Ganesh Auto Hub's (RK Empire 150 Feet Ring Road Rajkot - 360004 · Landmark. Near Mandi Chowk) private discussion room on date 6th September 2022, approx time around 5:40 pm and I asked him to do all the paperwork for RTO Registration, 3 year Insurance (1 year full and 2 year Third party), and set up all accessories. There was "I" missing in Name of TIAGO on the car's name on the back side of the car, I am attaching a photo. But Dharmik said that there is a glitch in their showroom's printer, so it would take time, so he asked me to give him some time. I agreed. Meanwhile, the formal delivery process was completed by the showroom staff. We have clicked some photos, recorded a video of that happy moment. After all the formalities I had again asked sales person Dharmik for all required document proof to give but he said that still there is a problem, they already have completed all the paperwork as above. and he would send all the documents in soft format to my whatsapp as soon as possible. and will give me a hard copy the very next day. so We drove the car and brought it home. Then I kept in touch by call with him till 13/09/2022 but he kept avoiding giving me the documents saying that he would come after he was out of the showroom. On 13/09/2022, I visited the show room and asked for the above documents of insurance, registration, set up all accessories, and the missing "I" in the TIAGO name on the car. But I didn't get a proper answer nor a solution. Even though I was not being treated as a normal customer. I have waited so long to meet the manager of the showroom. The other staff of the show room only answered me that you have to pay the money although I have paid fully as said by the sales person and I had already taken delivery of my car. after waiting and so many arguments of 3-4 hours I could meet the manager of the show room he said me same thing that you have to pay if you need above all documents, set up all accessories, an fix missing "I" in TIAGO name on car, I had to pay now. Manager said that the showroom's employee who delivered me the car is missing. They are searching for them. So at the end of the day, the showroom closed. I have waited in Hope that there will be some solution by the showroom authority in favor o[censored]s. as there were so many customers who were cheated by them like me. Again I have called the showroom manager on the evening of 19/09/2022. He told me on the call that They have registered a complaint against his employee. and asked me to pay rupees 1, 00, 000/- to avail all the documents, set up all accessories, and the missing "I" in TIAGO name on the car. I didn't get a single call from the showroom's side or favor till date. Please resolve my issue.
1. Can Showroom authority deliver a car to customers without full payment (or with partial payment)? 2. Can showroom Authority deliver a car to customer without RTO Registration, Insurance paper, accessories as quoted. If not why they delivered it? 3. If Showroom authority cannot deliver a car to a customer without full payment and all the above paperwork then why showroom authority had not informed me to pay or take documents even after 7 days(although I paid full amount)? I got this information when I enquire at their showroom. They never informed me from their side till date. If the showroom authority had informed me about this very next day. We could recover money from the Sales person (Dharmik) that day. Showroom delivered me a car on 6th September. I have paid them the full amount said by them. But now they have my money and I have a car which I cannot drive? It’s been more than month, Please take action. Thanks and Regards
