[Resolved] Tata Motors — jd autonation bilaspur - pathetic service | |||
Hi, I'm Harish Jangra, I have given my Tiago Car for 2nd service to JD autonation, near Shivam Motors, Sirgitti, Bilaspur C.G. dated on 28/01/19. Job card card no- 4921 and also logged complain of some noise in right suspension. next day i visited the SC to collect the car but team asked for 3 more days to do the needful. after that there was no update from their side and finally again i visited on 4th Feb ( after 7 days) the SC and found that they have removed both front doors and cutted all electric wires of center locking, power window sound etc. without my permission and information, and the complain yet not rectified by them. after escalation they were just connect the wires manually and just taping it. I have escalated to same matter to their seniors and ask to fit new wires KIT, but still their is no response/ calls from any one. I here by enclosed snaps as well for your reference.
