Tata Motors — job fraud

I got a message regarding schedule of appointment. They have charged 2000 rupees and now they are not refunding but in the job letter it was written that it is refundable. Number from which i got message are:
[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
Please, do something as i want my money back anyhow!!
What are the procedures i need to do to get my money back.
I will definetely file a fir against the fraud. But what are the steps i need to do as per you please let me know as soon as possible.
