This is regarding the extremely exhausting waiting time for the delivery of the tiago . We had booked our car on 21st of July and I yet stand with no delivery . The delivery period promised was 11 weeks max which itself was an absurd one and even in the 14th week I was been informed that there is no allocation . This is seriously pathetic and these guys don't live up to their word . I was informed that the car was allocated on10th November It's 22nd november and still the car hasn't arrived . The manager at the showroom has no clue of whats happening and doesn't even give a sense of assurance to the customer . I had to reach the "head" of Concorde, Dhiraj Katara to get my car allocated . I think this is the worst service anyone can give in any field . These guys are far from being professionals . They have failed time Ang again to full fill their promise .
