Tata Motors — least valuation of your products by your executives | |
Dear sir, I would like to introduce myself as an owner of your esteemed product : manza aura abs 2011 model. Two days back i got an opportunity to test drive your new product hexa and am impressed in its features. Following my request, two executives from marina motors calicut, approached me on 19/09/2017 to inspect my manza to fix the exchange rate. Since my car is well maintained with four new tyres, i was expecting a reasonable price considering the depreciation for six years. (As per depreciation calculation, it is 3.5 lacks). Unfortunately, i was shocked to hear the price they quoted.. It was just 1.6 lacks. The reason they told me are listed below 1. Manza 90 ps engine frequently shows complaints on pickup 2. It can't be sold to a second person as it has less market value 3. Hexa, tigor, and tiago is not supporting any exchange offers. 4. Overall public impression on tata products is pathetic. This was the point i reallized the intensity of loss i had by choosing your product and that i can have in future if i choose your product again. Even though i faced plenty of bitter experience on service of my manza, i was thinking about tata again because of the better features you added in hexa. Honestly speaking, it is sad to tell you that even your executives are telling that the product is unworthy and they have qouted a value equavellent to scrap value of any car. From this, it is quite evident that if i go for hexa, i am going to face the same in near future. Please tell me the any reason to believe the other way around.
