I purchased my Tiago in Oct 2018 and I have drive over 30000km as of 2022 feb. From the time I had taken the car I have been facing issues with missing, and during each time of the service I keep repeating the executive about the same. Everytime they just clean the fuel pump and return back to me without replacing the complete fuel pump. In between I have started noticing the some notice coming from the steering wheel while turning and raised the same to the executives during periodic service. They just did some minor repairs and returned back to me. Now since the warranty period is over when I raised the same issue they are saying the need to change the faulty fuel pump which will cost me ₹11000 and to change the steering wheel ₹20000, which is not my fault. I'm so unsatisfied with the service of the car and it is unprofessional. While I see most Tiago cars have the same issue, and since it's a manufacturing defect, the company is supposed to replace the same, now I'm supposed to pay from my pocket since the warranty is over. I don't want to waste any more money for the manufacturing defect. Can someone please help me with this? Was this information helpful? |
