[Resolved] Tata Motors — my booking has been sold to a different buyer and not refunding my booking amount too. | |||
Hi, This is rajashree pattnaik, i have booked xt harrier - white from gugnani auto cars pvt. Ltd. Bhubaneswar odisha. My delivery was being agreed by both the parties was on or before 5th jan 2020. But when i contacted them on 2nd jan 2020, it was informed me that they have sold my booked last piece of white xt harrier to someone else, that to be they have not informed or confirmed the same to me while selling the same. After then, they have given me a new quotation verbally which was hiked rs.50000/- from the earlier one saying that new lunched price for year 2020. I was not interested in the same as in spite of commitments and having my booking with the booking amount they have sold my car. I have given mail for the refund of my booking amount to the dealer as said by them on 2nd jan 2019 but did not receive any kind of reply, i have followed up with them via phone several time for the refund but they are kept on delaying.
