Meri gadi tata altroz 8834 18 nov ko workshop gayi in accident case.One week mein insurance approval aa gya.Mujhe 10 din ka time diya gya gadi repair hoke deliver hone mein.16 dec ko main khud visit kiya then i saw ki un logo ne gadi ko repair ke liye hath tak nahi lgaya hai.Mere kafi bolne par mujhe gadi 20 dec 2022 ko deliver ka promise kiya body shop head ne mr subhas.
19 dec 2022 ko mujhe phone karke bola gya ki sir isme kuch fault aur bhi hai so gadi apko 2 din mein milegi.21 dec 22 ko maine phone karke status manga then unka answer tha ki gadi ka spare part 22 dec tak deliver hoga gadi apko sat tak milegi.
These person are so useless.Sirf baithke apna time pass kar rhae hai or consumer ka time waste.Agar tata service nahi de sakta hai to gadi market mein sale karne ki jarurat kya hai.Ghatiya service hai inki 1.5 month se gadi inke pass hai worst service i ever having from any service centre Was this information helpful? |
