Tata Motors — My vehicle refused for service for the cause of Extended Warranty

I have purchased Tata Indica from M/S Manakular Motors, Pondicherry who is the authorised dealer on 12/04/12 and now the vehicle is under extended warranty period. Unforunately Manakular Motors have closed the shop and a new Dealer M/S Schakralaya Motors has taken over the dealership.The new dealer has refused to take the vehicle for service under extended warranty.Regarding this I gave two complaints to Customer care Tata Motors vide Complaint Nos 1-[protected] dated 28/05/15 and 1-[protected] dated 01/06/15. Still my problems is not solved and if the tata motors is not taking any action I have no other choice except to go to Consumer Court. Before that the tata Motors are requested to make alternative way for extended warranty service. Thanking you.
