[Resolved] Tata Motors — national autowheel pune not processing the refund after multiple communication | |||
It is the saddest thing to launch a complaint against tata motors being a prime customer, national autowheels hadapsar pune is not replying us on the refund of booking amount of 11, 000 rs. So we have took this to consumer court and raised a concern to government to take a look on this and we would be applying and challenge to compensate the time we have wasted in asking for refund and the # consumer service provided by national autowheels hadapsar pune branch. I have attached the case number above. I will make sure this wont be repeated with any tata customers again or else the reputation which tata have build will be destroyed by national autowheel pune branch. I request tata motors to rethink about the dealership with national autowheels hadapsar pune. Dont take any action against the sales person, but with the manager.
