[Resolved]  Tata Motors — New Indigo Gear Box damage

Dear Concern, This mail is in regards to the complaint occurred with my new indigo Ecs TDI (TAXI - Vehicle num: KL-43-F-5054) which was delivered on[protected]. My vehicle had done just 13000 km and started to experience gear shifting issues. Now when i took my vehicle to Focuz Automobiles, Cochin (authorized service center for tata) the authorities are telling that this kind of gear box happening for this new model indigo is very rare so they need more than 1 month time to get it done.. Please let me know how am supposed to pay the EMI of my vehicle when it is not running?? It is the source of my family earning... And for what they need one month time.. the vehicle is in warranty period.. i had tata vehicles before, but this kind of issues is happening with me for the first time.. Will anybody believe that the gear box got damaged in just 13000 km????? Please help me in getting my vehicle repaired and delivered as early as possible... than forcing me to go legally against it...
