Hello sir, we had recently purchased nexon EV from TATA MOTORS-Lakshmi Omr.There is an issue with the vehicle charging unit and it has not been resolved till date.it’s been more than 2 months since the purchase.I have raised multiple concerns regarding this and there is absolutely no response from your end.The CRM is a complete joke and If the issue is not resolved by the end of this week I have no other option other than putting this in social media.kindly revert asap.
